XENE Burning Mechanism

Some of the gas fees collected by the network may be burned through future changes, in which case XENE may become deflationary.

Conclusion

Successfully building a token economy requires aligning the tokenomics from the foundation to the achievement of key outcomes, from token generation, to rewards, to release, to distribution, to total supply. What are the key outcomes for the Xenea and XENE tokens? Security, longevity, decentralization, and ecosystem growth.

Ensuring the majority of XENE in circulation among the community is critical to the long-term health of the token economy. XENE encourages community participation, ensures continued investment in protocol health, development, and security, and provides ample liquidity for each node and user.

During official mainnet release, governance and the parameters which determine the economics of the XENE token (such as inflation rate) may be adjusted through the Xenea Improvement Proposals (CIP). Any member of the community is eligible to submit a proposal.

XENE tokens are central to the operation of the decentralized network of the Xenea. Successfully building a fair, sustainable, and equitable token economy is critical to the growth of the network, both at its inception and in its long-term future.
